In Element School we’ll:

  • Develop fluency in our own elemental language and the gifts of both our  strengths and weaknesses. We’ll identify the parts of our lives where each element is most at home and experiment with a range of simple yet high-impact practices that can empower us to meet each dramatic twist and turn of the coming months with confidence and presence. 

  • Prepare ourselves for the soaring heights and plummeting depths of 2025’s numerous energy shifts with an understanding of the larger energetic timeline and its key activation points as well as ways to respond as co-creatively as a skilled birth or death doula.
